San Antonio's official airport shuttle operator is SATRANS.  They provide regularly scheduled airport shuttle service from the airport to the downtown hotels from 7 am to 1 am daily.  The fare for shuttle service to the downtown hotels are, $12 one way and $22 roundtrip.
